The Sunflower Club – Terms & Conditions Payment and Refunds All payments are final and cannot be refunded. A refund is only possible if the law requires it or if The Sunflower Club cancels the class. Missed Classes If your child misses a class or joins late, we cannot offer a refund or a make-up lesson. Parent or Guardian Responsibility A parent or guardian must stay close by during the online class. You are responsible for your child’s safety and for making sure there is a stable internet connection. Privacy and Recording You are not allowed to take screenshots, photos, or recordings of the class, the teacher, or other children without permission.
